Cancellation Policy

We value our teachers' and students' time, and we have high demand for our sessions. Because of this, ALL sessions cancelled or rescheduled by the client within 24 hours of the appointment start time MUST be paid in full. In addition, appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee. New York Vocal Coaching and Associates respectfully request 72 hours notice when canceling appointments, but there is no fee unless cancellations are made with under 48 hours notice. Out of fairness and integrity to all teachers and students, please note that we can make absolutely no exceptions to this policy. This includes cancellations due to illness, weather, transportation problems, etc.
